guima.ai is a product of Digital Growth Factory (DGF), CNPJ 37.133.574/0001-48, operating under the brand Guima.ai / Guima Ferreira. Contact: [email protected].

2. License (source-available, no-resale)

You may use, modify, and adapt the Software for your own personal or business use without warranties of any kind. You may NOT resell, sublicense, redistribute for a fee, white-label, or otherwise commercialize the Software, in whole or in part, whether modified or not. The full license is included in LICENSE.md inside the downloaded bundle.

3. Refunds

Within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by replying to your order email. Refunds are processed manually during the launch period.

4. No warranties

The Software is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

5. No compliance guarantee

The Software interacts with third-party services (Google Ads, Google Search, etc.). It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of those third parties. The author assumes no liability for terms-of-service violations or account suspensions resulting from your use.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you accept Stripe's terms in addition to these.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
