1. Who we are

GUIMA.AI is operated by DGF Digital Ventures & Consulting Ltda., CNPJ 37.133.574/0001-48, a company headquartered in Brazil. DGF Digital Ventures & Consulting Ltda. is the seller of record for everything sold through the platform. Contact for any matter relating to these Terms: [email protected].

2. What GUIMA.AI is

GUIMA.AI is a platform and catalog that sells skills for Claude Code. A “skill” is a package — typically a Claude Code skill that runs on your own machine, sometimes bundled with downloadable materials and written content — that you license and use inside Claude Code. The catalog includes individual skills as well as larger products built as a skill; for example, our Claude Code course is one such product, delivered as a skill plus written lesson content you access after signing in. These Terms govern your purchase and use of any skill or product in the catalog. Where a specific product has its own additional terms (for example, course-specific access rules), those are presented at checkout and apply in addition to these Terms.

3. What you are buying

When you buy a skill you purchase a personal license to use it, as described in section 5. Some products are tiered: for example, the course makes Modules 1–3 free and unlocks Modules 4 and up after a single one-time payment. Access is personal and tied to the email address you sign in with. We do not use the words “lifetime access” — we maintain each skill while it is offered, but we may discontinue a skill or product, in which case we will give you reasonable notice by email.

4. Account & sign-in

Sign-in is passwordless — you receive a one-time code or magic link by email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure. Do not share your sign-in link or code. Access is for a single person; you may not pool one purchase across multiple people.

5. License (source-available, no-resale)

You may use, modify, and adapt the skills you purchase and their downloadable materials for your own personal or business use, without warranties of any kind. You may NOT resell, sublicense, redistribute for a fee, white-label, share your paid access, or otherwise commercialize the skills or materials, in whole or in part, whether modified or not. All intellectual property in the skills and materials — including their code, prompts, structure, and written content — remains owned by GUIMA.AI and its licensors; your purchase grants the license described here and no other rights. Where a downloadable bundle includes a LICENSE.md, that license governs the bundle's contents.

6. Pricing & payments

Prices are shown at checkout and charged in US dollars (USD) by default. If you pay from another country, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion and/or foreign-transaction fee that is outside our control. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also accept Stripe's terms. We never see or store your full card number — see the Privacy Policy for what we do receive.

7. Refunds & right of withdrawal

Within 7 days of purchase you may request a full refund for any skill by replying to your order email or writing to [email protected] — no reason required. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. During the launch period refunds are processed manually and may take a few business days to appear on your statement. This 7-day guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory right of withdrawal you may have under your local consumer law (for example, the right of withdrawal for distance contracts under EU/EEA consumer rules, or the Brazilian arrependimento right under CDC art. 49 where applicable).

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to breach access controls, scrape paid skill or lesson content, abuse the sign-in or payment flows, or use the skills or materials for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.

9. No warranties

The skills and materials are provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

10. No third-party compliance guarantee

The skills run on and reference third-party services (Anthropic's Claude and Claude Code, Google services, and others). It is your responsibility to ensure your own use complies with all applicable laws and with the terms of service of those third parties. We assume no liability for terms-of-service violations or account actions resulting from how you use the skills.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes affecting an active purchase will be communicated by email where reasonable.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence.
